Altri, tuttavia, pensano che la Panzanella sia nata a bordo di pescherecci. In effetti, sembra che i marinai usassero l&#8217;acqua di mare per bagnare il pane raffermo. Per poi consumarlo insieme a verdure e pesce. Quindi aprite un pomodoro rosso fresco e strofinatelo sul pane. Una volta che il succo \u00e8 stato assorbito dal pane, tagliate il pane a pezzetti.\u00a0Aggiungete un filo d&#8217;olio extra vergine di oliva, il sale e qualche foglia di basilico.\u00a0Tagliate i pomodori, i cetrioli e la cipolla a cubetti.
