Si possono trovare in ogni rosticceria che si rispetti, per un pranzo o uno spuntino sano.<\/h3>\n<h4>Una ricetta semplice ma non banale<\/h4>\n<p>I pomodori col riso si preparano con <strong>pochissimi ingredienti<\/strong>: pomodori grandi e maturi, <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetaly.com\/it\/il-risotto-italiano-vediamo-dove-mangiare-i-migliori-di-roma\/\">riso<\/a> crudo, <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetaly.com\/it\/piatti-della-tradizione-romana-spaghetti-aglio-olio-e-peperoncino\/\">aglio<\/a>, basilico, olio extravergine d&#8217;oliva, sale e patate (s\u00ec, patate!). L\u2019idea \u00e8 semplice: si svuotano i <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetaly.com\/it\/e-possibile-immaginare-la-cucina-italiana-senza-il-suo-pomodoro\/\">pomodori<\/a>, si usa la loro polpa per preparare un ripieno condito con riso crudo e aromi, si farciscono di nuovo e si mettono in forno con le <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetaly.com\/it\/gnocchi-di-patate-vs-gnocchi-alla-romana\/\">patate<\/a> tagliate a pezzi grossi. Non si sa esattamente quando sia nato, ma si parla di <strong>primi del Novecento<\/strong>, quando nelle case si cercava di non sprecare nulla. I pomodori maturi erano abbondanti d\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetaly.com\/it\/estate-voglia-di-fresco-colori-e-sapori\/\">estate<\/a> e il riso costava poco. L\u2019idea di cuocerli tutti insieme al <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetaly.com\/it\/i-forni-italiani-sono-tra-i-migliori-al-mondo\/\">forno<\/a>, magari la mattina presto quando faceva meno caldo, era perfetta per poi mangiarli freddi la sera. A Roma, ancora oggi, molte famiglie li preparano al mattino per poi portarli in spiaggia o in gita, oppure semplicemente mangiarli freddi a pranzo o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetaly.com\/it\/cena-della-viglia-o-pranzo-di-natale\/\">cena<\/a>. Tagliate la parte superiore e mettetela da parte. Vi servir\u00e0 per coprire i pomodori prima di infornarli. Svuotare i pomodori dalla polpa e fate attenzione a non creare dei buchi. Mettete la polpa dei pomodori in una ciotola con aglio, basilico, sale e un filo d\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetaly.com\/it\/olio-extra-vergine-di-oliva-il-gusto-del-mediterraneo\/\">olio d\u2019oliva<\/a> e mescolate bene. Poi, lasciate riposare il riso per almeno due ore (tutta la notte \u00e8 ancora meglio). Pelate e tagliate le patate a pezzetti non troppo sottili. Riempite ogni pomodoro fino a circa 3\/4. Non troppo altrimenti i pomodori si spaccheranno quando il riso crescer\u00e0! Disponete ogni pomodoro in una teglia unta con olio d\u2019oliva (o ricoperta di carta da forno) e riempite gli spazi con le <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetaly.com\/it\/la-regina-croccante-di-roma-la-pizza-con-le-patate\/\">patate<\/a>. Condite con un filo d\u2019olio. Utilizzate il resto del ripieno avanzato sopra le patate.
