The restaurant settles inside a 15th Century building porperty of the Lante’s family. Palazzo Lante raises, basically, in the heart of the Sant’Eustachio district, close to the Pantheon and Navona Square. All the imposing building nearby are ,indeed, a sign of the great renovation activity by the Popes in the Renaissance time. At the level of the cellar floor there is, moreover, an imposing Roman structure. The wall, is made entirely of square work.
The cellar floor is generally the set of our aperitif (except if under maintainance or restoration works).
