Our name was obviously inspired by the mix of the words “Gourmet” and “Italy”, two words that stand for lifestyle, culture and quality.

In order to provide you the best experience possible, we like to maintain our groups small, with maximum of 12 travelers per regular group departure or less. Small group food events allow us to have a personal relationship and to guarantee an intimate experience as well as a reduced impact on local citizens everyday life.
Our food tours include visits to traditional markets, family groceries and quality food shops and restaurants in the area. No hidden costs, everything, as listed in the tour description, is included in the final price. 90% of our tours are Plastic-free. Departure times are studied to avoid crowds as much as possible.
